Legal Supervisor

About the role PT Omoway Technology Indonesia is seeking a talented Legal Supervisor to join our team. As the Legal Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic, high‑quality, and cost‑effective legal services to support the company's corporate and commercial operations. This full‑time position is based in Tangerang Banten and will be an integral part of our growing legal department.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and oversee daily legal operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect OMOWAY’s business interests.

Provide strategic legal advice to management on contracts, corporate governance, labor law, automotive/EV regulations, customs, and taxation.

Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and relevant stakeholders, while ensuring proper legal reporting to regional/HQ.

Review, draft, and supervise the negotiation of commercial agreements and key legal documents.

Manage legal risks, disputes, and potential litigation matters.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); admission to practice law in Indonesia is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of solid legal experience, preferably within the automotive, electric vehicle, manufacturing industry, multinational corporations, or reputable law firms.

Strong capability in drafting and reviewing legal documents independently with sound business acumen to balance risk control and commercial objectives.

Familiarity with Indonesian automotive and/or EV regulations is highly preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and dynamic environment.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, high integrity, and able to work under pressure.

Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
