Technology Facility & Platform Specialist

Technology Facility & Platform Specialist Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Patch Management across Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX, etc.), Databases (IBM DB2, Oracle Database, MongoDB, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.), Enterprise Applications (IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle WebLogic, etc.), as well as Digital and Container platforms (AWS, OCP, ELK, etc.) within Production, Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), and Development environments. Ensure all Production, DR, and Development systems are updated with the latest security patches and remain compliant with internal security standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular patch update reports covering Security, Network, and Endpoint environments. Conduct routine housekeeping activities for databases and IIS (Internet Information Services) via the Ivanti application at a minimum frequency of once per month to ensure optimal system performance and stability.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure operations within enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience managing patch implementation across Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX), Databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, MySQL), and Enterprise Application platforms. Experience working with Digital and Container platforms such as AWS, OpenShift (OCP), ELK, or similar cloud/container technologies. Solid understanding of security vulnerability management, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices. Experience with patching tools and endpoint management solutions (e.g., Ivanti or equivalent tools).
