About the Role We are looking for a

KOL Specialist (Hotel Category)

with a background in

Hotel Marketing Communications, Hospitality Marketing, or Travel Marketing

to help expand our collaboration with

hotel brands and hospitality partners

through creator-led marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with

hotel partners, travel creators, and internal campaign teams

to execute promotional campaigns that drive

hotel bookings and brand visibility through TikTok GO . This role is ideal for someone who understands

hospitality marketing and digital content trends

and is excited to bridge the gap between

hotels and the creator economy .

Key Responsibilities Manage the

end-to-end execution of KOL/creator campaigns for hotel Coordinate with

travel creators and lifestyle influencers

within our talent network. Conduct

creator briefings

to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging. Coordinate

hotel visits, content production schedules, and campaign timelines . Ensure

content is produced and uploaded according to the campaign schedule . Monitor and track

campaign performance and creator deliverables . Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure campaign execution aligns with

brand positioning and marketing goals . Maintain strong relationships with

hotel marketing teams and creators .

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields . 1–3 years of experience in Hotel Marketing Communications (Marcom), Hospitality Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing . Experience working in

hotels, hospitality groups, tourism boards, or travel-related marketing

is highly preferred. Familiar with

TikTok, Instagram, and travel/lifestyle content trends . Strong coordination and project management skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Able to manage

multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment .
