Treasury Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Officer to join the team at PT TRANSNUSA AVIATION MANDIRI. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the company's cash flow and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's daily cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal cash management.

Monitor and forecast cash positions, identifying potential shortfalls and implementing appropriate strategies.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets and other reporting requirements.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably within the banking and financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of treasury management principles, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and financial reporting.

Proficiency in using treasury management software and financial analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Professional certification in treasury management or finance (e.g., ACT, CTP) is preferred.
