Responsibilities Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new Treasures clients Lead a team of Treasures Wealth Associate to achieve client acquisition targets and ensure exceptional client service Analyze market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions to clients Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or a related field, with a proven track record of client acquisition Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Proficient in the use of relevant financial and wealth management software Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards
