Job Description
Responsibilities :
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning at store
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives/sales
Analyze product performance at store and giving out solutions to achieve sales target
Coordinate with Product Management team for developing promotion plan to boost sales target
Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs if it is needed
Requirements :
Proven minimum 5 years experience as a
Channel Management/Sales Operation/Key Account
is required for this position
Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
Good excel skill : Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot
Proficiency in English is a must (written & oral)
Experienced from Retail industry especially Retail Electronic or FMCG industry
Tech Savvy (up to date with current gadget trend or HP accessories)
Has experience in promotion field
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Strong analytical thinking & good Problem-solving attitude, negotiation & relationship management with channels
Willing to travel
Willing to work in West Jakarta Office (full WFO)
