results-driven Production Supervisor

who is ready to take ownership and deliver measurable performance.

Drive daily production output to achieve

100% target achievement

Lead, discipline, and develop production teams

Reduce defect rates and increase operational efficiency

Ensure strict implementation of SOP, safety, and quality standards

Control manpower allocation and optimize productivity

Solve production issues quickly and decisively

Deliver accurate and timely production reports

If you are not comfortable being accountable for numbers and results — this role is not for you.

✅ What We Expect:

At least 3–5 years experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing

Proven track record of hitting production KPIs

Strong leadership and team control ability

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement is an advantage
