Finance & Tax Head

Responsibilities

Review transaction vouchers that have been approved by the PIC AP, including withholding tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN), and ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents in relation to the vouchers to be paid

Prepare and close the Home Statement

Review Accounts Receivable (AR) aging and ensure timely cash inflows

Provide tax support in the event of a tax audit or examination

Review planned and actual cash flow for Cash Flow (CF) meetings, including assessing the alignment of each department’s cash requests with the approved cash flow

Provide support during KJPP (Appraisal) and auditor visits to the plantation, including preparation and provision of required data

Propose improvements to existing business processes or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adjusted to current field conditions
