Job Qualifications
Required:
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
.2โ4 years of experience in sales, relationship management in agency channel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence and motivate partners to achieve business goals
Knowledge of insurance/financial products
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Agency Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to foster trust and loyalty.
Sales Support & Growth:
Assist agents in achieving their sales targets by providing guidance, resources,.factor often??
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze agency performance metrics; provide feedback and strategies for improvement.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities to expand agency network and recruit new agents.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure agency operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on agency performance and market trends for management review.
