Category Management Analyst

About the Role

Provides analysis of product category management for the department under his/her responsibility in each store to optimize product provision according to market characteristics in each region.

What will you be doing?

Categorizes products within their departments to optimize the number of SKUs (including avoiding redundancies between departments) and optimize sales.

Compiles a Pareto chart of products within their departments in each store to identify customer consumption patterns in the area.

Provides product assortment analysis data from their departments in each store to ensure available space is filled with products that meet market needs in each region.

Calculates minimum and maximum stock levels for each product in each store based on planogram design, storage space, and market absorption capacity, which can be used as a reference in the replenishment process.

What do we look for?

Bachelor's Degree in any major.

Have experience min. 3 years as Category Management/Market Analysis, preferably in retail.

Skill & Knowledge: Product Knowledge, Store Characteristic, Product Assortment, Display & Planogram, Data Analyst.

Willing to travel.

Fluent in English (able to speak Mandarin is an advantage).
