Production Planning Control Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze & make production plan forecasts by calculating demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other things that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and in accordance with demand accurately. Forecast all raw and pack materials for procurement, the available of stock due to production plan. Monitor the inventory of raw/pack materials, finished products, and monitor the arrival of raw materials. Ensure that there is no over or shortage stock raw materials, supporting materials and finished goods Monitor Inventory level follow company’s rule.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Economic, Engineering. Experience using Oracle. Minimum 5 years of experience in MRP, supply chain management, preferably in the F&B industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Strong leadership and team management skill
