Nimo Resort Ciater, we are hiring! Executive Assistant Manager (EAM)

Requirements Min. Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related fields. Additional hotel management/leadership certification is a plus At least 5 years in hospitality with 1-2 years managerial experience, preferably as Department Head (FO, Rooms, F&B, or Operations) Strong leadership, operational knowledge (FO, HK, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing), and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving ability Fluent in English (spoken & written), familiar with PMS, POS, Microsoft Office Proactive, disciplined, empathetic, high integrity, and able to work under pressure Willing to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays) Willing to be assigned at hotel/resort locations as required by management
