We are looking for a

Customer Expert (Japanese Speaker)

to join our growing team in Bali! If you have strong Japanese communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support Japanese‑speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.

Requirements

Native or fluent level of Japanese (spoken & written).

Intermediate English skills are acceptable for this role

Experience studying or working in a Japanese‑speaking environment, or experience communicating with Japanese customers/communities, is a plus!

Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued!
