Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire HR spectrum, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, and Payroll.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with corporate goals and transformation initiatives.
Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
Oversee performance management systems and organizational capability development.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage employee relations matters.
Strengthen company culture, engagement initiatives, and employer branding.
Establish and improve HR policies, SOPs, and governance framework.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong exposure in managing end-to-end HR functions within technology, IT services, or multi-business environments is highly preferred.
Proven experience in HR transformation, change management, and organizational restructuring.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
Willing to be placed in Lippo Business Units.
