Finance Admin (Outsourcing)

Responsibilities

Manage site-level operational budgeting, including planning, tracking, and reconciliation of actual versus budgeted costs Monitor cost utilization and analyze variances to support cost control and management decision‑making Execute vendor payment processing and corporate card settlements inline with internal controls Prepare and maintain accurate employee data required for payroll processing Candidate Requirements

Holds Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Management Experienced handling finance, preferably experienced as Finance Site (handling expense claim, overtime, attendance of site employees) Preferably experienced handling petty cash and cost budgeting Able to communicate in English Good time management and communication skills Willing to be employed under an outsourcing company with a 6–12 month initial contract Willing to work from office in SCBD, South Jakarta area Able to join ASAP is preferable What's your expected monthly basic salary?
