Category-based Manufacturing Footprint Strategy Development Develop a category-based manufacturing footprint strategy for halal markets.

Build/update OEM footprint and supply map considering export flows.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher

More than 8 years of experience in Global FMCG companies for Food, with experience in Manufacturing/ Managing OEM partners / QA roles

Exposure to Halal certification, quality systems, or regulated manufacturing environments

Production Expertise Manage and oversee plant operations to ensure compliance with Halal quality standards as the designated Halal Assurance Person in Charge

Operate the Halal Committee to review, monitor, and coach production lines and operational processes in accordance with Halal quality standards.

Oversee the acquisition and ongoing management of Halal certification for production lines and products.

Define and govern Halal quality standards, and build a centralized database of Halal and Haram raw material specifications.

Establish a qualified sourcing pool of Halal-certified raw material suppliers.

Procurement Expertise Develop an understanding of raw material specifications required for halal certification in key markets (ID, MY, Saudi)

Enhance business capabilities by rapidly sourcing raw materials that meet the specifications of export countries.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality raw material sourcing.

Further Qualification Deep understanding of the Halal certification and regulations.

Proven experience in production and procurement, especially in Halal product categories.

Fluent in English (business level)

Prior experience in MNCs from the FMCG industry

Experience in Halal brand development or Halal market entry
