Head of Production - PT. Alia Digital Printex (Modinity Group) Placement: Pulogadung, East Jakarta

Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet business targets and customer demands. Allocate resources, manage inventory, and ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery. Ensure production meets established quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Oversee quality control processes, analyze data for improvement, and address any quality issues promptly. Supervise, mentor, and develop production supervisors and team leaders. Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Implement Lean manufacturing principles or other methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity. Monitor and control budgets, and analyze variances to ensure cost efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. Min 10 years in garment production management, with solid experience in leading and managing production teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong Knowledge and Experience in export operations. In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing, machinery, and industry-specific quality standards. Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement insights. Willingness to learn and open for opportunity to grow.
