Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical support to clients, identifying customer needs, and delivering effective solutions. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, presenting technical product information, and assisting with customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a focus on driving client relationships and achieving growth targets.
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding technical product specifications to address customer challenges effectively.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust, convey technical information clearly, and address client needs.
Proven ability in delivering customer-centric solutions and collaborating with teams for optimal outcomes.
A background in engineering or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
Independently driven with problem-solving capabilities and willingness to work on-site in Kota Tangerang Selatan.
