Job Description
Responsibilities
Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including job posting, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews
Initiate recruitment method
Monitor the vacant position due to resignation and report to Management
Prepare manpower mapping on a regular basis according to the business plan effectively and efficiently
Prepare and update the recruitment report complete with the lead time of each position and report to Management
Coordinate onboarding for new employees including New Employee Orientation Program, Job Training, New Employee introduction, Department training, etc
Arrange training and activities related to the development of employee's abilities in accordance with company standards
Company training program
Managing HR-related administration
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience as Recruitment, Training & Development areas, HR Generalist / HR Officer
Have a good personality, analytical skill, communication skill, attractive and proactive
Good planning and organizing skills
Has attention to details
Works well and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines
