Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing the Indonesian energy storage market and achieving annual sales targets. 2. Identify and develop opportunities in core scenarios such as diesel substitution, off-grid microgrids, and industrial and commercial energy storage. 3. Coordinate with the technology, delivery, and supply chain teams to advance project implementation. 4. Participate in bidding, business negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection management. 5. Track changes in energy policies and PLN policies and identify market opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Excellent English communication skills; able to use English as a working language. 2. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or New Energy-related fields. 3. At least 5 years of experience in EPC/power industry, with full participation in at least two project cycles. 4. Familiar with energy storage system architecture, understands industrial and commercial electricity pricing mechanisms, and possesses the ability to analyze the economic viability of power generation substitution. 5. Priority will be given to candidates with top-tier resources in customer, government, and mining areas.
