Housekeeping Engineering Supervisor

to support our growth.

Responsibilities: Able to supervise Staff, including monitoring their knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior. Capable of providing guidance and coaching, including taking disciplinary action for repeated mistakes and delivering continuous training to Staff. Able to empower Staff by reviewing their performance and productivity, and coordinating effectively within and across sections. Skilled in resolving guest complaints, including analyzing the root causes of recurring issues and providing effective solutions. Possesses strong technical skills in room preparation and room MEP, and able to manage tasks and work plans based on operational needs, especially for team members. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, with at least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; well-groomed and professional, fluent in English. Proficient in room cleaning techniques, sanitation methods meeting 5-star hotel standards, and room MEP equipment maintenance. Knowledgeable in laundry operations (internal and outsourcing), including linen counting and rotation. Skilled in operating housekeeping machinery, including industrial vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, carpet extractors, etc. Understands cleaning chemicals, their functions, and safe handling procedures in accordance with chemical handling and safety data sheet guidelines. Benefits: Basic salary (nett of tax) BPJSTK & BPJS Kesehatan THR Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT) Free parking (1 motorcycle / 1 car) Annual leave, Replace Day Payment (for working on a holiday), and Extra Off for long shifts 1 meal per shift
