We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead (Core Banking – Temenos T24) for Sharia Banking to join our team at PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a contract role that will play a crucial part in driving the development and implementation of our core banking systems for our Sharia banking clients.

What you'll be doing

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing core banking solutions using the Temenos T24 platform

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of core banking modules and features

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure high-quality code and efficient delivery

Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of the core banking system

Participate in the continuous improvement of the core banking application, incorporating new features and enhancing existing functionality

Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on core banking systems and the Temenos T24 platform

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers in the delivery of complex, mission-critical software projects

Strong understanding of Sharia banking principles, regulations, and industry best practices

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or .NET, and familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
