Role Description As a

Business Development Executive , you will be the \"front line\" of our growth. This role is heavily focused on

proactive prospecting and pipeline building . We are looking for a high-energy hunter who can open doors, identify high-potential leads, and consultatively present our AI solutions to HR leaders in the Jakarta Metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities High-Volume Pipeline Generation:

Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities. You are expected to build a consistent and scalable lead pipeline through cold calling, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking. Consultative Prospecting:

Conduct initial discovery and \"pain point\" analysis. You will act as a consultant to understand the client’s HR challenges and position our AI tools as the solution. Solution Demonstrations:

Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to HR Directors and People Managers, focusing on how AI can streamline recruitment and compliance. Opportunity Management:

Move leads through the sales funnel effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the team. Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on Indonesian labor laws and HR trends to maintain professional credibility during outreach.

Requirements & Qualifications Sales Focus :

3-5 years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation.

Proven ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch ( Hunter mindset ). Consultative Skills :

Strong ability to perform discovery calls and identify client needs through a consultative approach. Added Value :

Experience in Deal Closing and Contract Negotiation

would be a significant advantage. Industry Knowledge :

Prior experience or deep understanding of Human Resources (Recruitment, Policy, or Employee Relations). Communication :

Persuasive and confident in public speaking. Professional fluency in

Bahasa Indonesia and English. Attributes :

Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-activity outreach targets.
