Finance & Accounting Supervisor

About The Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will oversee finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to financial standards. You will play a key role in supervising the finance team, monitoring budgets, and supporting strategic financial planning. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who is ready to take on supervisory responsibilities and contribute to the company’s financial growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and external stakeholders. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring variances and making recommendations. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in audits by preparing required documentation and facilitating communication with auditors. Mentor and support the finance team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data. Strong leadership and communication skills.
