The Opportunity
Our Commercial Team is seeking an
Account Manager
based in Jakarta to drive customer success and revenue growth in the Indonesian market. You will help customers maximize the value of our data platform, successfully adopt our products, and achieve their business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for expansion. You will report to the Head of Commercial and play a critical role in the adoption, retention, and growth of our customer base in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
1- Account Growth & Revenue Generation:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the Indonesian retail market through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals
Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and pain points
Develop and present customized proposals and business cases that demonstrate clear ROI for prospects
2- Customer Success & Retention:
Lead weekly and monthly business review meetings with clients' Operations teams to analyze data, identify insights, and find opportunities to improve store performance
Consult customers on frameworks and best practices to maximize value from Palexy products with deep knowledge of our Solutions and the Retail Industry
Build strong & trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue expansion
Qualifications and skills:
3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role
Background in SaaS or B2B consulting
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage mid-level managers and above
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, derive insights, and communicate recommendations clearly
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
