Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Accountant at Aston Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center, located in Samarinda. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and preparing financial statements. Duties will include budgeting, tax filing, payroll processing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. Collaboration with other departments to ensure financial transparency and efficiency is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills Experience in payroll processing, tax filing, and regulatory compliance Keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify financial discrepancies Proven leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of hospitality industry financial processes (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or related certifications are an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
