Key Responsibilities

Facilitate leadership development programs for Managers up to future successors.

Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job leadership training sessions.

Guide participants through case studies, simulations, and real workplace challenges.

Drive the application of leadership behaviors through discussion, practice, and reflection.

Provide post-training coaching/mentoring to support sustained leadership growth.

Customize training materials and learning tools based on business and leadership needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in L&D focusing on soft skills and leadership development.

Experience in logistics industry, or preferably in leadership consulting/training institutions.

Professional and credible facilitator who can inspire and engage senior participants.

Strong ability to translate leadership concepts into practical learning experiences.

Passionate about teaching, coaching, and enabling others to grow.
