Position Track

We are hiring for dual-track leadership roles:

A. Expatriate (TKA) – Assistant Manager

B. Team Leader

Both roles will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence, cross-cultural communication, and production performance alignment with global brand standards.

Role Overview

This is a

full-time, on-site position

located in Majalengka, West Java.

The selected candidate will:

Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking expatriates and local Indonesian teams Support daily operational coordination in Planning or Outsole production Assist in documentation, reporting, and data analysis (Mandarin & Bahasa/English) Ensure alignment between production execution and company KPIs Strengthen collaboration across departments (Production, QA, Engineering, Planning) Support leadership in driving efficiency, quality, and delivery performance

✅ Qualifications

Proficiency in

Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in manufacturing, footwear, planning, or outsole production is highly preferred Leadership capability (for Team Leader / Assistant Manager track) Able to work in a dynamic factory environment Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English Familiar with business reporting and operational documentation Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Language, or related field is an advantage
