About The Role
Supervise and carry out the production of pastries, bread, bakery, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours, ice cream and ensure that they comply with prescribed recipes and specifications
Check and prepare the required miceโenโplace according to orders
To keep working area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
Your Skills & Experiences
Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated communication skills
Expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work and bakery production, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
Prepare recipes of new items for costing and verify cost analysis of each dish
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
