Relationship Manager Wholesale Corporate – Lending – Jakarta

Foster and maintain good relationships with existing customers while developing new relationships with prospective clients. Identify clients’ needs and offer suitable Bank products, coordinating with other internal units to deliver integrated solutions. Prepare credit proposals in compliance with regulator and internal credit policies, ensuring thorough credit analysis. Manage account maintenance activities, including periodic reviews, covenant monitoring, document completeness, and timely facility extensions. Monitor account profitability and ensure achievement of financial targets. Promote cross-selling initiatives to enhance customer engagement and product penetration

Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Lending, Relationship Management, or similar role within reputable banks or financial institutions. Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality credit proposals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
