Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
General Affairs operation, including facility management, security management, and others GA operation
Ensure timely and accurate office supply management (stationary, office furniture, etc.) for all departments
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve general affair issues promptly
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all general affair activities
Administrative & Support Duties (manage meeting rooms, couriers, and petty cash)
Perform regular office inspections and maintenance checks.
Liaise with vendors/service providers for equipment and facility needs.
Prepare reports on GA performance, task status, and SOP updates.
Support management and contribute to a clean, organized office environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Associate Degree / Undergraduate Degree
At least 3 years of experience as GA Officer, especially in asset, inventory and building management roles
Candidate from Fintech/Start Up Industry are preferable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
