Responsibilities

Support cross-department communication between Indonesia and HQ teams (Mandarin–English–Bahasa) Translate and interpret business documents, reports, and meetings Prepare and maintain data, reports, and documentation to support daily operations Coordinate ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of business initiatives Participate in process improvement and efficiency enhancement across departments

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any field Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and good command of English Strong communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn new systems or processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment

Preferred (Strong Plus) Qualifications

These skills are

but will be considered a

significant advantage :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or Data-related fields 1+ year experience in collection operations (preferably in fintech or financial services) Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel/SQL, able to interpret dashboards and identify optimization points Process Management: Understand the collection process flow (M0–M2) and capable of proposing SOP improvements System Operation: Familiar with collection systems, training platforms, or data dashboard tools
