Nominate and preparing contract for vessel chartering Coordination of cargo lifting with counter-party Ensuring smooth arrival of cargo 1 Preparing documentation for cargo loading and trade- related Coordination with inter-department for financial and logistics arrangement Coordination with inter-department for financial and logistics arrangement Negotiation and discussion for lifting plan Understand and implementing the SOP of operation team Maintain good communication and arrangement with buyer, seller and vessel company Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to logistics, as needed Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by Trading Team and Operation supervisor.
