Ticketing Staff with Fluent in English

Your Main Objective We are looking for analytical Ticketing Staff to assist our operations department as you will manage incoming quotation requests, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate records. You also need to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping skills. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.

Main Responsibilities Quote travel plan to customers and follow up. Compute ticket costs and issue and reissue tickets Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standards Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks. Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard. Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesia (both written & spoken) Preferably at least 1 year of experience in using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) Preferably a degree (SMK/D3/D4/S1) in Tourism Management Excellent analytical and numerical skills Minimum 1 year experience in travel/airline as ticketing staff Willing to work under shifting (Weekend, Public Holidays, Overnight) arrangements. Willing to be place in either Central Jakarta or BSD, South Tangerang
