Sales Marketing Assistant Manager - Property Developer (B-123302) Our client is a Property Developer company. Currently, they are looking for

Sales Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborating with other teams (marketing, legal, finance, technical, etc.) to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

After analysis, making reports and arranging with other teams, including joint venture companies, for improvement.

Establishing and developing sales strategies to achieve business plan targets (visitors, bookings, PPJB, handover, AJB, etc.).

Collaborating with joint venture companies to manage and lead sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.

Collaborating with joint venture companies and evaluating the sales team for improvement.

Negotiating/convincing joint venture companies and supporting/leading sales activity for business growth.

Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience as sales, including more than 5 years as a sales assistant manager in the property consulting or developer industry (Housing).

Experience in marketing (analyzing data, including leads, visitors, and competitors, etc.) in the property industry.

Experience in a landed project.

Experience working at/with foreign joint venture company.

English (Business level).

Good communication, strong negotiation skills, and strong mentality.
