Senior Consultant – Corporate Finance

Support Managers in managing and executing corporate finance projects through to completion.

Assist Managers in understanding client issues, business models, and industry dynamics, and help formulate appropriate client solutions.

Conduct business reviews and analyze the client’s financial and operational performance.

Maintain comprehensive records and prepare minutes of meetings throughout the engagement.

Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and related deliverables.

Control project schedules, continuously monitor project progress, and coordinate with Manager to ensure targets are met.

Develop financial models and analyze financial projections to support project objectives.

Prepare draft reports and technical documentation for managerial review.

Conduct data and market research, including industry trends, market dynamics, key players, competitive landscapes, and comparable companies.

Understand team roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth project coordination.

Manage project documentation, filing, and archiving.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least min Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance / Finance/ Financial Engineering/ Banking.

Professional certifications are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, transaction services, consulting, or related fields.

Possess good accounting knowledge, strong analytical, communication and writing skills, with proven ability to perform comprehensive financial analysis

Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities

Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other word-processing applications.

Strong ability to analyze business models, market trends, and industry structures.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must
