Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years as an HR Manager or senior HR leader (holding company background is a plus).

Expertise: Full ownership of HR functions (Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.

Character: Strategic thinker, problem‑solver, and mature leader with integrity.

Good communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement group‑level HR strategies, policies, and governance across holding and business units.

Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior management on people and organizational matters.

Manage competency‑based learning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.

Oversee compensation & benefit and labor compliance frameworks.

Manage employee and industrial relations, including grievance and disciplinary processes.

Drive organization development, structure design, and change management initiatives.

Lead and develop HR (and GA) teams with clear direction and accountability.
