Corporate Strategy Specialist

Job Overview Corporate Strategy Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, and organizing Board and Shareholder meetings. The role also focuses on monitoring business performance, ensuring alignment with company goals, and contributing to annual and quarterly strategic planning.

Responsibilities A. Investor Relations Fundraise capital in private markets to grow the company Manage investor relations and coordinate agendas for Board Meetings and Shareholder Meetings Create the Monthly Report, Quarterly Report, and Annual Report

B. Strategic Planning and Alignment Help to monitor each business unit’s performance and alignment Participate in the annual and quarterly strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of the company Assist in the preparation of OKR and budgeting process

C. Business Operations Research, perform benchmarking, analyze data, and make recommendations for new strategies, systems, processes, and ideas. Oversee multiple cross-functional, organization-wide projects, and initiatives. Bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.

Requirements Has 4 years of experience in corporate strategy, finance business partner, financial planning, advisory, audit, or similar fields. Experience at a Big 4 firm is a plus. Experienced in reading and analyzing financial statements. Having a degree in accounting or finance is a bonus.
