Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. You are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, deliver quality, and embrace increased ambiguity – asking questions and using those moments as opportunities to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, cash flows and other key deal issues.
Respond effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs and feelings of others.
Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
Understand the broader objectives of a project or role and how your work fits into the overall strategy.

Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g., refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
Interest in Financial Due Diligence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
