CASH CONTROLLER Job Description

Receive sale collection from cashiers & verify with sale report. Charge differences in sale declaration & sale report to cashier by issuing SES. Tally shift‑wise collection & prepare for bank deposit. Keep records of transactions. Update daily collection of each cashier in the system with currency‑wise details. Manage cashiers till funds and revolving change fund. Prepare daily sale report, deposit summary for finance verification. Deposit sale collection on a daily basis. Conduct spot inspection of cashiers’ sales/cash. Sort and prepare reports on received credit card vouchers. Monitor cashiers’ performance and report back to Coordinator / Cash Manager. Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in accounting. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Familiar with POS system. Minimum 1‑year experience in accounting or accounts receivable. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel formulas. Experience working in the retail sector. Benefits
