Industrial Relations & People Compliance Manager - Jakarta

As an

Industrial Relations Team , you will be responsible to become develop and managing industrial and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and SOPs, and acting as a strategic advisor while building strong relationships with unions, government bodies, and stakeholders.

What will you do? Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to ensure harmonious labor–management relationships. Manage employee relations issues, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws. Ensure company compliance with all labor regulations, government policies, and internal policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, government institutions, and external stakeholders. Provide expert advice to management on labor law, industrial relations, and compliance matters. Lead and support audits, investigations, and risk assessments related to employee compliance. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders. Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a compliance culture across the organization. Review People Management’s SOP and propose a refreshment/renewal if needed. Review the needs of any new SOP.

What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience (minimum 7–10 years) in industrial relations, employee relations, or HR compliance. Strong knowledge of labor law, government regulations, and industrial relations practices in Indonesia. Demonstrated experience in managing union relations, negotiations, and collective labor agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. High integrity, resilience, and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
