The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced

Senior Accountant

(Senior Professional level) to join our finance team in our Jakarta office. This is a full‑time position that plays a crucial role in providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to support the company's growth objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting & Consolidation: Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.

Financial Control: Perform management accounting duties with high accuracy, review key journal entries, and manage balance sheet reconciliations.

Compliance: Ensure local entity tax compliance and filings. All financial transactions must be thoroughly recorded in compliance with anti‑bribery standards (ISO 37001).

Audit Support: Lead and support internal and external audits, assisting with year‑end statutory reporting.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement robust financial processes and controls in line with Group requirements.

Collaboration: Work across departments, attending business meetings, presenting financial information to colleagues, and sharing knowledge.

Strategy: Assist with the forecast and budgeting process to support operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

8+ years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably within the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry.

Background:

Priority is given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a large Public Accounting Firm in Indonesia.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Qualification:

CPA or CA qualification is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non‑financial stakeholders.
