We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Project Engineer

to join our Team. As a

Senior Project Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in the development of onshore gas production facilities integrated with carbon capture and storage capabilities. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience working from the Client side in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) projects within the upstream oil and gas sector. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Job Description: Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Prepare and present project reports and documentation. Prepare general Project presentations and Minutes of Meetings for general Project meetings. Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and progress reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Resolve technical and operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables. Reviews Project Management deliverables and Monitors performance of Project contracts (FEED, EPC). Follow up the Project Issue Log and liaises with the team members responsible for the actions to update the Issue Log. Participate in the preparation of tender packages, tendering process, evaluation of tenders and submissions with appropriate recommendations to relevant tender Committees. Participate in the processing and resolution and Variations and Contractor claims. Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum 10 years of proven experience working from the Client (PSC) side in managing large-scale EPCI project preferably onshore gas production facilities. Experience in delivery from planning to construction and commissioning of gas processing plants. Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management and engineering. Experience in managing engineering and construction resources. Proficiency in project management software and tools. English C1 ( Advance ) Level.
