Finance Manager

Handle day-to-day finance-related tasks, including tax filings, accounting, and financial report preparation. Coordinate with customs, tax authorities, and tax advisors to manage and report tax-related matters during company operations. Manage accounting entries, external payments, and daily reimbursements. Responsible for financial and operational analysis and overall financial management (potential for development into a Finance Manager role). Liaise with the China headquarters finance team and assist in implementing local finance-related matters in Indonesia. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a bachelor's degree or above. Over 4 years of tax and finance experience in the Indonesian manufacturing industry (experience in garment or bag/luggage sectors is a plus). Solid foundation in accounting and tax principles, with hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts for bonded zone companies in Indonesia. The company is currently in the early stage of factory setup, so the candidate should have independent ideas on financial process design, system setup, and policy standardization. Clear career development goals, strong learning ability, and resilience under pressure.
