Camp Maintenance Supervisor

We are one of the largest catering providers for chemical, oil and gas industries headquartered in Jakarta with operations all over Indonesia including East Kalimantan and Central Sulawesi. Our customers are state-owned and multinational companies.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of technicians, plumbers and gardeners in performing the following works: civil works: maintain, repair and repaint camp buildings, including walls, doors and windows electrical works: maintain water heaters, refrigerators, televisions (including remote controllers) and exhaust fans, install and maintain air conditioners (including cleaning filters & evaporators, refilling refrigerants) plumbing & sewerage works: maintain pumps, pipes, water tanks, septic tanks, STPs, WCs and showers gardening works: maintain gardens, including watering, planting, fertilizing, grass cutting, sweeping and pest controls

Report directly to manager in Site Office and indirectly to operation director in Head Office.

Qualifications Preferably Bachelor's Degree (S1) or at least Advanced Diploma's Degree (D3) in Electrical or Civil or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience as Camp Maintenance Supervisor or a similar role in a chemical, oil & gas industries Fit-to-work based on Medical Check Up (MCU) completed within one year prior to recruitment Fluent in English both verbally and in writing Proficient in working with computers (example: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) Systematic and data-driven attitude Willing to work in a remote area (outside Java Island) for six weeks or longer Willing to continuously learn and persevere against adversities Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer's complaints and local semi-skilled workers
