Job Title: Sales Director, Voice Sales
Location: Latin America (Remote/Regional Office)

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for voice and Cloud Numbering in America and Latin America aligned with global objectives.
Identify high-value market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
Establish regional forecasts, targets, and annual sales plans.
Revenue Generation
Drive new business acquisition and revenue expansion across MNO’s carriers, aggregators, OTT platforms, and enterprise partners.
Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Manage key commercial deals including pricing, service levels, and contractual terms.
Portfolio & Market Development
Expand both voice termination and Cloud Numbering portfolios across major American and LATAM MNO’s (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina).
Build and optimize go-to-market offerings tailored to regional customer needs.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance service quality and competitive differentiation.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Act as the senior executive liaison for strategic customers and partners.
Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand presence.
Ensure exceptional customer experience and proactive relationship management.
Requirements / Desirable
Experience working with Voice/Cloud numbering with Tier-1 carriers, mobile operators, and messaging aggregators.
Experience leading a distributed sales organization across multiple countries.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
