Business Development Executive

to join our Jakarta team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of Admattic’s presence in Indonesia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Support senior team members in negotiations and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Track market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to inform business strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the leadership team.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales or client servicing Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to learn. Interest in advertising, marketing and digital media is a plus.
