Responsibilities Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (Psychology preferred) 1–3 years of experience in career counseling services, recruitment, HR, or headhunting. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion. Have good interpersonal skills. Experience with recruitment platforms, HR tools, or community engagement is an advantage. Willing to be located in BSD, Tangerang Selatan Requirements Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with companies as hiring partners. Maintain long-term relationships with employers and ensure satisfaction with Purwadhika graduates. Facilitate recruitment pipelines between hiring partners and alumni. Actively source and identify job opportunities that match the skill sets of Purwadhika graduates. Build a talent pool and maintain strong networks with industry recruiters and HR leaders. Provide coaching sessions on soft skills, professional branding, and job search strategies. Monitor alumni career progress and maintain ongoing engagement. Work collaboratively with the team to craft, execute, monitor and evaluate career activation that\'s relevant to the student and alumni. Manage administrative documents related to students and alumni for career support. Conduct regular research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly. Seniority level
