Job Description
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, develop, and supervise the entire TSP team (operations, hosts, creatives, CS, etc.).
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with structured feedback.
Manage team discipline, resolve internal conflict, and maintain a productive team culture.
Create daily and weekly task lists, project timelines, and clear deliverables.
2. Marketplace & Account Operations
Oversee daily operations on
TikTok Shop
and
Shopee .
Coordinate directly with RMs/AMs from both platforms.
Monitor store metrics (conversion, CTR, GMV, ads performance, seller ratings).
Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and product uploads.
3. Live Streaming Management
Coordinate daily briefings with the livestream host team.
Review product performance, campaign requirements, and script/gimmick strategies.
Ensure livestream sessions are aligned with sales targets and brand requirements.
4. Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Content, Creative, and KOL/Affiliate teams.
Ensure all departments support marketplace and livestream performance goals.
Communicate updates, changes, and key business priorities across teams.
Manage and deliver monthly GMV targets.
Conduct data analysis and competitive research for pricing, margining, and product strategy.
Plan and optimize ad spend across TikTok & Shopee.
Evaluate product selling prices based on cost structure, market competition, and target margins.
6. Reporting & Internal Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the General Manager.
Liaise with brand principals and partners regarding account management and issue resolution.
Make proactive decisions and solve operational or internal challenges.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum
2 years experience
in e-commerce operations (TikTok Shop / Shopee).
Mandatory:
Experience working in an
agency, MCN, TSP, or digital media environment .
Strong proficiency in:
TikTok Seller Center
Shopee Seller Center
Ads Center
Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Capable of handling fast-paced operations and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiar with marketplace KPIs, GMV targets, and growth strategies.
