Our client is looking for a Sales Engineer (HVAC Ducting Ventilation Air Conditioning).

Role Descriptions

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in Kitchen Ventilation, located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical support, and delivering solutions for kitchen ventilation systems.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with technical expertise.

Collaboration with internal teams on project execution and delivering top-quality service is essential.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales within the kitchen ventilation or related industry

Technical Support experience and a solid understanding of ventilation systems and installation processes

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Experience working in the HVAC or kitchen equipment industry is considered advantageous
